What’s On Your Nightstand? {June}

June is almost finished.  It goes by in a blink every year.  The summer months sometimes feel like the shortest.  But… I was able to finish a surprising number of books since our last Nightstand post:

Grace Based Parenting by Dr. Tim Kimmel
Last Child in the Woods by Richard Louv
Walking on Water by Madeleine L’Engle
Les Mis by Victor Hugo {audiobook}
The Core by Leigh Bortins
7: An Experimental Mutiny Against Excess by Jen Hatmaker
Summer of Promise by Amanda Cabot
Alice in Wonderland {audio book}
The Call of the Wild {audio book}
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button {audio book}
Beezus and Ramona by Beverly Clearly {audiobook with Aaron} …the Apple TV in combination with the Audible app = a happy, happy thing! We now listen to books while we eat lunch!

In Progress:
The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs
Anne of the Island by L.M. Montgomery
1776 by David McCullough {audiobook}
Farmer Boy by Laura Ingalls Wilder {read-aloud with Aaron. We’ve paused on this book while we listened to Beezus and Ramona.}

I’m a little behind on posting my reviews on GoodReads but find me there and let me know know YOUR favorite books!

Linking up with 5 Minutes for Books.

    You definitely got in a fair amount of reading in the past month! I’ve read astonishingly few of those, but want to read almost every one.

      I really did surprise myself this spring and this past month! I think everything just lined up so I had many pockets of reading time. Happy Reading this month!
